What is the expected delivery time?

All orders placed will be processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email once the order is dispatched.

The delivery time can take up to a maximum of 2 days. In the event of any delay, we will ensure to inform you in time.

What are the available delivery options?

We exclusively use PostNL for shipping and delivery; alternative options are not available at this time.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship to countries within the European Union.

Can I change or cancel my order?

The most effective way to modify your order details or cancel your order is to contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Changes or cancellations are not possible once the product has been shipped.

How do I return my order?

  1. To start a return, contact us within 14 days of receipt at return@santeamsterdam.com. Inform us that you want to return, specify the item, and provide the reason for your return request.
  2. Prepare your product for the return journey. Pack your product securely using the original packaging to keep it damage-free.
  3. Within one hour of registering your return, you'll receive a confirmation email with a return number and shipping label. Print the shipping label and affix it to the outer box.
  4. Return your package for free at a nearby PostNL point.
  5. Sit back and monitor the status via your account.

What are the return conditions?

  • Your order is registered for return within 14 days of receipt.
  • Your order is in the same condition as you received it: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns are at the customer's expense.
  • We'd like to hear why you're exchanging or returning something. This helps us improve our service.

What if my order is damaged?

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at return@santeamsterdam.com if the item is damaged.

Can I exchange my item?

The quickest way to secure your preferred item is to initiate a return for your current item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for another product.

How will I be refunded?

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
